Core Fusion Yoga
this combination of core exercise will without a doubt help to create a strong and balanced body. You will be taken through a series of exercises that will work to strengthen, lengthen and stabilize your core muscle group, the abdomen, the lower back, and the glutes. Body weight exercise will leave you feeling stronger, and more in control of your core!

Strength
This full-body strength training class is designed to help you build muscle, boost endurance, and improve overall fitness. Using a mix of free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises. Expect a motivating, high-energy environment that supports proper form and progression. Perfect for all fitness levels.

Total Body Bootcamp
Is a high-intensity workout that combines elements of strength training, cardio, and endurance exercises. Designed to build strength, burn fat, and improve overall fitness. Bootcamp fitness classes are suitable for all fitness levels

Vinyasa Yoga
Restore, renew, recovery. This class goes beyond the hustle and the muscle and is wonderful for those seeking the benefits of a relaxing and gentle practice. Deep restorative work improves range of motion, joint mobility, and reduces pain. Students with injuries or limitations will benefit from this practice.
